How many hours a week do you actually spend on your side hustle?

For a long time, I believed I was working hard every day until I actually monitored my screen time this week. Out of all the hours I claimed I was busy, real focused work was not even up to three hours daily. The rest was gist, scrolling and random distractions. If we put even four serious hours daily into one skill or business, results would shock us. Phones are blessing but also our biggest enemy now.

I spend few hours on my side hustling everyday. I still continue during break time and last thing in the night. That's the reason i prefer posting on forums because it comes natural to me!
