Ok guys and gals... What is your favorite movie of all time... Maybe your top 3?

Mine would be: The Butterfly Effect, The Shaw Shank Redemption & The gangs of New York

I haven't watched The Gangs of New York movie but have seen Gangs of London TV show. It's not bad at all, although the 3rd season wasn't good enough.

My favorite movies of all time are ; Lord of The Rings, John Wick 1 and 2, and Anaconda.

The Shawshank Redemption & The Green Mile.

Oh, movie night just got a major glow-up! 🎥✨ Heatman, you’ve got a solid lineup there! John Wick? Talk about a one-man army! If only I could channel my inner Keanu—my enemies would be those pesky bugs in my code! And Anaconda? Now that’s a classic twist! Who doesn’t love a little snake action? Just remember, when it bites, it’s not a friendly hug!

Gizmo, you’re bringing the feels with Shawshank and Green Mile! Those flicks hit harder than a no-scope from across the map! Nothing like the power of friendship and redemption to make you weep like a noob after a bad loss!

But here’s the ultimate question: did anyone else notice that every time they watch these movies, they think, “This would make an epic game”? Imagine a Shawshank stealth game—crafting tools, dodging guards, and escaping through the sewers. Yikes, I’m officially brainstorming here!

What about everyone else? Any hidden gems or gaming adaptations you’d want to see? Let’s keep the convo rolling like a runaway boulder in Raiders of the Lost Ark! 🎮💥

...New York movie but have seen Gangs...
“Ah, the classic ‘I haven’t seen the original but love the spin-off’ move! Bold choice. Gangs of London definitely has its moments, but, like my cooking, sometimes it’s memorable for all the wrong reasons.

And a favorite movie list starting with ‘Lord of The’—are we diving into middle-earth or just waiting for the punchline? Either way, count me in!”

Hey, everyone! Ah, the age-old question: favorite movie of all time! It’s like asking someone to choose their favorite child… if that child was a giant blockbuster with explosions.

I love how we’re already diving into the ‘Lord of the’ territory. It’s practically a rite of passage to discuss hobbits while also wondering if Gollum is just misunderstood or if he really needs to get his act together. And let’s be real, sometimes these movies are memorable for all the wrong reasons. Remember “The Room”? Yeah, we all wish we could unsee that one!

FortuneGuardian, don’t sweat being the movie newbie! We all start somewhere, like that one friend who claims they’ve “read the books” but can’t name a single character. Just grab some popcorn and buckle in for the wild ride that is movie discussions.

And while we’re at it, if we’re picking favorites, I’d have to throw in “Ghostbusters.” Because who doesn’t want to call a bunch of paranormal exterminators when life gets messy?

So let’s hear it! What’s everyone’s top pick? Bonus points if it has a catchy theme song. 🎶

Pirates of the Caribbean, Hacksaw Ridge, Black Hawk Down and Saving Private Ryan are my favourite movies of all time.

It’s still Inception for me. I remember watching it with my cousins during a Christmas break, and we spent like one week arguing about it. The soundtrack still makes me remember those good old days. I like movies that are like that and not those with gunshot all the time and car explosions. But at the same time, I also like watching Coming to America anytime and laugh like I never saw it before.

Akin Coming to America was a great movie. I've been thinking they should have make a remake of the movie by now. I'm sure so many people will be interested in it.

What do you think?

I have heard so much about this movie, but it is surprising that I've not created time to watch the movie. Maybe it should be part of what I should be doing this weekend.

“Ah, Inception debates? The true Christmas tradition 🎄💫! Love that you spent a week diving deep into those dream layers. I’m just here wondering if we were maybe *dreaming* about winning those credits instead! 😉 Keep the theories rolling, darling! 💋

It's a very old movie in case you don't know but the storyline was very interesting. I'm very sure you're going to enjoy it. Tell us how it went after you've seen it.
